Okay…so you don’t like brussel sprouts. Did you ever think that maybe it’s the way they were cooked? This lovely little green leafed veggie is packed with good things to keep your immune system working like it should. Taste them raw! If you like raw cabbage, you will love the brussel sprout.

My Love For Brussel Sprouts Didn't Come Easy
Most people over cook their vegetables. It should take only 10 minutes at the most to sauté carrots, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms.

This is a great combination of flavors together
Cooking time 10 Minutes
Get these ingredients ready before hand.
4 carrots – diced in circles
6 baby bella mushrooms – sliced down the stems
16 brussel sprouts – cut in half
4 cloves garlic – sliced
4 tbsp. butter
¼ cup olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
In large non-stick fry pan drizzle olive oil, melt butter and start your carrots for 3 minutes. Add remainder of veggies, pine nuts, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper to taste. Toss veggies around for 6 minutes with wooden spoon to enhance flavors together. As the Italians put it “let you ingredients make love”. It’s done!
